UPDATE4 (Dec 16): ...So, my computer died. Won't boot up. And my warrenty ended a month ago! This means that I won't be able to get anywhere with the restart until Christmas day when I'll be handed my sister's old computer. Oh, joyous day!

UPDATE3 (Dec 07): Hey guys! Sorry it's taking so long. Me and Kaji havn't been able to catch each other online much to talk about rules, and I've been sick. So, we'll get on our game soon. Hope you guys are enjoying Chirstmas shopping, if that's what you've been doing! I know I have.

UPDATE2: First off, if you want to keep up to date, I'd probably come here every once in a while to check this journal. Once the Secret Santa opens I'll make a new one, but after this I won't spam your inboxes anymore, and just update without saying it's new. Unless it's important, of course.

So, Kaji said that she's doing a brand spankin' new list of rules, and I'll help her with that. Hopefully we'll get those up soon.

And I'm going to find all the notes that need replying to and reply, and then move the rest into a folder to get them out of the way for the new set, so I'll be ready.

And other then that...I guess I really just need to decide the date when sign-ups will close and you'll get your people. Hmm. There's a few other things, but those won't take long at all.

So yay, we're almost ready! You all excited?

UPDATE: Fourteen to zero. I think we're restarting, folks.

It might take a little while for me to get everything re-set up, but I'll open sign-ups soon enough.

Also, if you have a problem with me doing this and have something to say, don't hesitate to note me! Or commenting, even. I don't want you guys to go unheard! And I definitely understand you wanting to speak up.

So. I've been thinking over the whole Secret Santa thing. And, well, it's TOO MUCH WORK. And so, me and Kaji came up with an idea (Kaji mostly, but shhh). But it would effect you guys, too.

What if we started over?

This means we get rid of ALL our notes. We want a clean start. And the biggest meaning of this is...

The ban list would be restarted.

This sucks, I know. Especially for those of you who haven't gotten a picture in either 2006 or 2007. But when I first started this in 2006, I had no idea it'd get this big, and that we'd even need a ban list. I didn't even expect one person to join! To my surprise, we reached over 200 participants in that single year. And if we started over, it'd all be so much easier.

As for not doing this? I'm sorry to say, but this thing might die. We hardly have records of who hasn't gotten a picture. And by that, I mean we'd have to go through hundreds of notes. And even then we wouldn't get everyone.

So. I need your opinions. Would you rather us restart, or this to end?
